Azara residences
Azara Residences is a proposed residential development in Mumbai, with construction initiated in 2022 under Bhalwankar Architects. The project, a 28-storey tower by Azara Redstone LLP, features a multifunctional hall and swimming pool on the 7th podium level, while the terrace is designed to accommodate gazebos. The client requested a luxurious entrance lobby on both the ground floor and the podium level, each with multiple functions. As a premium project, the selection of materials, design concepts, and high-quality 3D visualisations played a crucial role in shaping the overall vision.
St. Paul residences
The proposed structure is a 10-storey residential building with a total area of 965.80 sq.m. The approval drawings have been prepared under Bhalwankar Architects. Once approved, the building will be ready for construction by 2023.
